General Manager
Karen McGilvray is General Manager at Spencer Corporate Travel, leading operations with deep experience across travel management, account leadership and team development. She brings a global perspective honed from senior roles in travel operations and client management across Australia, New Zealand and North America.
Known for strategic thinking and a focus on continuous improvement, Karen builds strong customer relationships and drives operational excellence in corporate travel programs. Jenna joined Spencer Corporate Travel in 2023 as Financial Controller for the Australian division, with responsibility for financial management and reporting.
A Chartered Accountant, she has extensive experience in financial reporting and compliance across public practice and commercial environments. She brings broad international experience having worked across three continents, and is recognised for her strong capabilities in governance, controls and stakeholder engagement.

Victoria Adkin
Head of Sales
As Head of Sales, Victoria leads growth by securing new corporate partnerships and expanding client relationships through strategic, results-focused travel program solutions.
With more than a decade of experience in business development, Victoria works closely with businesses to uncover opportunities for cost control, policy optimisation and improved traveller outcomes. She oversees a team of account managers to ensure consistent service delivery, strong client retention and measurable travel program performance.
Victoria is passionate about driving commercial value for clients by aligning smarter travel programs with their business objectives – delivering transparency, efficiency and a clear return on investment.

As Head of Corporate, Belinda leads a team of passionate and dedicated travel consultants who manage a diverse portfolio of corporate accounts.
With over 40 years of travel industry experience, and nearly 20 years with Spencer Corporate Travel, Belinda has gained valuable insights across all aspects of travel management and is highly adept at delivering tailored travel solutions while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
